In the agent's instructions you can tell it to write follow-ups and to negotiate and close the deal, including a price it must not go below. It then goes back and forth with the customer by text or email. If the customer replies with an objection such as "that is out of my budget", the agent negotiates and responds with what it can offer within the limits you set.
